Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JustList (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JustList is a web application that helps you generate music playlists based on a seed track you choose. It uses the Last.fm public API for similarity data and the YouTube Data API to match recommendations with YouTube videos and create playlists in your YouTube Music account.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use JustList. You must also have a valid Google account in good standing.

4. Your Account

You sign in using your Google account via OAuth. We do not store your Google password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account and for all activities under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party rights
• Use the Service in a way that breaches the YouTube Terms of Service or Google API Services User Data Policy
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its underlying APIs
• Use automated tools to send excessive requests to the Service or inflate API usage
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or impersonate others

6. Third-Party Services

JustList relies on third-party services including Google (YouTube), Last.fm, Supabase, and Vercel. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. In particular, by using JustList you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

JustList does not own the music, video content, or metadata it surfaces. All rights to such content belong to their respective owners. We act only as a discovery and curation tool that helps you find content on YouTube and organize it in your own YouTube account.

The JustList interface, code, and branding remain the property of JustList and its operators.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that recommendations will be accurate, that matched videos will be the official versions, or that the Service will be available without interruption.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustList and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by signing out and revoking JustList’s access from your Google Account permissions. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
